En tant que préposé(e) aux calculs et procédés administratifs, vous jouerez un rôle clé en soutien aux agents de règlement du secteur de l’invalidité. Que ce soit pour calculer des informations financières, émettre des paiements ou réviser les dossiers, votre expertise contribuera directement à offrir un service fiable à nos clients. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Procéder à la révision de la comptabilisation des frais de bureau ou perte de revenus pour les dossiers d’association et à la conciliation de documents comptables et fiscaux de dossiers de frais de bureau ou perte de revenus. Faire des appels auprès des assurés ou des comptables pour obtenir les données financières manquantes ou incomplètes à la comptabilisation des frais de bureau ou perte de revenus pour les dossiers association. Procéder à la création de dossiers d’ajustement, à l’inscription de données financières (dépôt direct, pensions alimentaires, coordination de paiement provenant d’organismes publics) et à la révision et à l’enregistrement de factures. Émettre des paiements. Préparer et expédier diverses correspondances aux assurés et diverses correspondances aux organismes publics (Retraite Québec, SAAQ, CNESST). Effectuer les suivis sur la correspondance non reçue auprès des assurés, des médecins des organismes publics (Retraite Québec, SAAQ, CNESST, etc.) ou autres intervenants afin d’assurer les respects des délais attendus. Vos talents et vos qualifications : Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration, finance, comptabilité ou l’équivalent. Bonne connaissance du logiciel Microsoft Excel.
