Exciting Opportunity: Senior Software Developer (Platform Operations - Continuous Integration) As a Senior DevOps Developer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions that enhance our ability to deliver top-notch cloud-based services. You'll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Software developers, and Infrastructure Engineers, to deeply understand business requirements and transform them into impactful technical solutions. Your role will involve designing, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications, as well as driving the adoption of best practices in workflow automation and platform engineering. In this role, your contributions will directly support Nasdaq Verafin's mission to combat serious crimes such as human trafficking, elder abuse, and drug trafficking. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of applications Implement and optimize automated build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance workflow automation Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and performance, reducing downtime and mitigating risks Drive the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, Platform Engineering, and software development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CI/CD technologies, tools, and methodologies, applying them to enhance Nasdaq Verafin’s capabilities What We're Looking For: A university degree or college diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 3-5 years development experience A pragmatic approach, and a "let's do this" attitude. Experience with AWS, Terraform, GitHub Enterprise Server, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Develocity Experience in Containerization (Docker) and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes) Knowledge of Linux/Unix, Scripting (Python etc.), and Databases (SQL) Strong analytical skills and creativity to solve complex problems Experience with automated testing Willingness to ask for help, learn from, and mentor others Top notch interpersonal and organizational skills making teamwork a positive experience What Success Looks Like: Understand the goals of the team while using problem solving skills to achieve them Maintain a keen eye for detail and continually seek innovative solutions - playing a pivotal role in enhancing our technologies Work effectively with other teams and stakeholders Deliver high-quality work and exceed expectations Growth Opportunities: Develop along the technical leadership path including Specialist, Lead Developer and Architect Work on unique projects with various teams, gaining exposure to the entire development organization Access to training and development programs Why Nasdaq Verafin?
