As a Settlement/Reconciliation Agent, you will play a critical role in the financial integrity of our credit card operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of financial transactions across multiple platforms, including internal systems, payment processors, and banking partners. You will be at the heart of our transaction lifecycle, ensuring that every dollar is accounted for and that discrepancies are identified and resolved swiftly. Your work will involve daily monitoring of settlement files, matching transaction data, and investigating variances that may arise due to timing differences, system errors, or operational issues. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Risk, IT, and Customer Support to ensure seamless transaction flow and resolution of issues. This role requires a high level of precision, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In addition to operational responsibilities, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives, help implement automation tools, and support compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
