As Manager Operational Efficiency and Performance, your role is to manage an important subset of activities related to the operational efficiency and performance of the Property Business Development Division. You draw on your skills to make quality decisions and build effective teams. You are responsible for managing a team that specializes in continuous improvement, operational efficiency and performance. Your team is responsible for carrying out activities that will help the Property Business Development Division improve execution, clients satisfaction and meet business objectives. This department's mandate is divided into two sections, allowing the administrative departments to support continuous improvement and business decisions. You are responsible for administrating your unit's service offer, developing and implementing action plans and overseeing activities related to those plans. With an ability to develop talent and drive results, you are able to effectively manage people and performance and produce reports. More specifically, you will be required to: Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit's service offer and ensure that projects under your responsibility are carried out in order to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfaction Promote continuous improvement within teams by ensuring a consolidated view and prioritization of various initiatives Promote and implement a continuous improvement culture focused on member satisfaction and cost control Coordinate business initiatives and, as needed, implement development solutions to improve our execution.
