Temporary position for 12 months. As a Competency Development Analyst Claims, you contribute to the improvement of the processes and operations of the teams in our department. You offer coaching and mentoring to resources that require support. You participate in quality assurance by sharing your know-how throughout the delivery process of a product or service. You will provide advice and support to dedicated clients and partners in the context of various mandates related to skills development. You provide support to the more experienced professionals in your unit and actively participate in the implementation of tools and processes related to your field of activity. You will participate in the development of recommendations, solutions and action plans according to the organization's orientations and objectives. You carry out research, carry out preliminary analyses and develop the first drafts of tools or processes. You contribute to problem solving through analyses and your global knowledge of the business field. You will interact with stakeholders working in complementary fields of activity. The nature of the files and projects requires comprehensive knowledge of the business. More specifically, you will be required to: Contribute to the achievement of the Competency Development Department’s plan (priorities), which aims, among other things, to optimize processes and practices that have a significant impact on the work of our teams. Analyze the context and business and/or operational needs in the context of files or projects. Identify, design, and recommend solutions. Analyze their incidents on our management department and organization. Analyze the integration of solutions for follow-up purposes. Contribute to problem solving through analysis and global knowledge of the business field. Exercise an advisory and support role with your unit, work teams and dedicated customers. Work on the implementation of various initiatives of the Competency Development Department. Contribute to the coordination of certain activities/needs of the Competency Development Department.
