As a Senior Coordinator in Group benefits, you will oversee a team of service representatives who focus on proactive, positive communications with clients. Your role involves using your ability to make quality decisions, optimize work processes, contribute to the organization’s strategic plan, and effectively manage a portion of operations activities. to develop talent and drive results, other fields.
