As a Digital Optimization Writing Advisor, you contribute to the design and improvement of communications for activities and operations affiliated with the Center of Excellence in Architecture Practice. You provide advisory and support roles to the main direction of enterprise architecture as well as to the enterprise architecture headquarters for the communications aspect. You develop tools (websites, Teams, Yammer, ticketing systems), communication content, methods, and work processes intended for enterprise architecture as well as for the communities of architecture advisors at Desjardins. The nature of the files and projects is varied and requires comprehensive knowledge of communication techniques and tools. More specifically, you will be required to: In collaboration with the teams, evolve and update the various informational communication sites and platforms related to the Center of Excellence in Architecture Practice and Enterprise Architecture. Produce original content related to the training of architecture advisors, change management in architecture transformation, and various publications of enterprise architecture content, etc. Diagnose the challenges, needs, and issues to be addressed in operational communications and agree on the key messages to be published to all communities.
