As an Automotive Glass Technician, you will be responsible for but not limited to the repair and replacement, and inspection of all automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers. Responsibilities: Assess the condition of automotive glass and determine the appropriate repair Repair minor damages such as chips and cracks using specialized tools and techniques Replace damaged or broken windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs Perform calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after windshield replacement Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options, answering questions, and addressing concerns Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling and installing automotive glass Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new repair techniques At Capital, we understand the importance of family and work-life balance.
