As a Learning Resource Consultant - Driver Education and Automotive Services, you'll play a key role in researching, designing, developing and implementing internal and external learning programs for Driver Education and Automotive Services. WHAT YOU'LL DO Report to Manager, Learning and Communication, Driver Education and Automotive Services. Conduct ongoing needs assessment, curriculum research, program design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs for AMA Driver Education and Roadside Assistance. Consult on and collaborate with business partners to design, develop and deliver learning programs. Ensure that the learning programs support and drive our business and strategic objectives. Develop and maintain eLearning programs through various learning platforms. WHAT YOU'VE DONE You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business and/or Adult Education. If your education is in a different area, we're open to hearing more! You’re no newbie — You have at least five (5) years of experience working in a business education or learning environment. You have at least three years of experience in the areas of curriculum design, development and facilitation. You’re an all-round superstar with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You're proficient with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office. You have a working knowledge of instructional design, virtual learning and course project management.
