Ideally, you’ll have an interest in commercial real estate, previous sales experience (although not required), you are not afraid of business development and won’t take no for an answer. What you bring Post-secondary degree or diploma is required. Hold (or in the process of obtaining) a valid Real Estate License. A valid driver’s license and fully insured automobile. Strong interpersonal skills – can build rapport and credibility with people at all levels. Must be detail oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication. Possess strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus skills and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research. Experience in commercial real estate or related industry What success looks like You reach and/or exceed your sales quota consistently. You apply traditional and innovative sales methods, including compelling presentations, virtual demonstrations and networking within the local business community.
