DFC Loan Funding Admin - Pfaff Leasing Toronto, Woodbridge, ON L4L 8R1 DFC Loan Funding Administrator The DFC Loan Funding Administrator will handle a range of activities to ensure Funding operations run smoothly. Tasks include, but are not limited to, receipt and management of loan application documents, uploading applications into the loan origination software, maintaining email, auditing, booking of loans and submission of funding requests. The DFC Loan Funding Administrator reports to the DFC Loan Funding Supervisor. Location: Woodbridge, ON (On-site) Compensation Range: $20/hr - $22/hr CAD Responsibilities Provides customer service via in person, phone and email correspondence Assists in completing daily bank reconciliations Directs incoming applications and documentation to the appropriate processors Assesses capacity of processor queues to delegate workload appropriately Manages and maintains email inbox and FabSoft throughout the workday Scans and saves all documentation as directed Books all ‘ready to book’ applications by the end of business each day, completing a checksheet for each Dispatches daily funding requests to banking Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.) Competencies Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change Self-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
