Promote AMA Insurance products through coordinated outbound calls and supporting an inbound sales queue. Effectively articulate the value of our products and explain pricing in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner. Attend training sessions to advance product knowledge. Deliver a TYLF (treat you like family) experience in all interactions with customers and co-workers. WHAT YOU’VE DONE You have a high school diploma (bonus points for related post-secondary education). You have 2-3 years of previous sales experience. Great if it’s phone sales/call centre experience, even better if it’s insurance experience! You have a general understanding of insurance and are ready to learn even more. Your communication and documentation skills are top-notch. This position requires a General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1.
