As a Revenue Analyst (Trapeze Mobility Planning), You Will Be: Review executed contracts/amendments (including statements of work) to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting policies and revenue recognition under IFRS 15. Ensure that contract elements/milestones are set up timely and accurately in the system (Oracle NetSuite OpenAir) and proactively advise when issues or delays arise. Build and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders through clear, concise, timely communication and support. Manage the monthly invoicing process, including the ERP billing module subject matter expert, to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers. Follow up with members in the organization and in some cases, directly with the client, as needed. Prepare various reports and analysis related to billing, receivables, revenue, WIP and attrition. Month end/quarter end close activities, including but not limited to post and reconcile Revenue, Deferred Maintenance Revenue, Accounts Receivable and Allowance for Doubtful Accounts. Financial variance analysis comparing forecasted revenue to actual revenue and supporting the business’ quarterly forecasting process. Reporting related to accounts receivable (aging) and work-in-progress (WIP)_ Assist with other accounting projects as needed including continuous improvement of processes and building efficiencies through automation. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Accounting) 2-4 years of experience within a finance/accounting function (tech/software preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and keen interest to learn. Ability to analyze situations and solve problems independently, as well as work in a team environment. Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment while maintaining a high attention to detail ensuring accurate results. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role. Prior experience working in billing modules in an ERP (Microsoft GP/NetSuite a plus) What's In It For You?
