What does an Office Administrator with Paul Davis do?
Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
Assist Project Managers in job tasks and ensure project is moving along in a timely manner
Ensure all compliance standards and tasks are met within timeline
In charge of office administrative operations
Creates and maintain office systems
Maintain hard and electronic filing systems
Assist with Human resources department such as needed
Responsible for accounting duties such as Account reconciliations, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and other necessary tasks
Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Improves the community by serving others
Learns new things about construction and building homes
Has fun and is part of a growing business
