We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Senior PLM Manager – Mobile Products to lead our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for our Retail Mobile product portfolio.
This role will be instrumental in modernizing our user experience and driving innovation and transformation of our product portfolio leaning into improving and delighting customers with market differentiated Mobile (Cellular) products.
The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with engineering, software, and business teams to deliver competitive, world-class mobile products to market.
The role will leverage a strong understanding of mobile broadband products, mobile data, and emerging e-SIM technologies (including plans and MVNO strategies) to shape competitive and innovative products that grow the category and improving service revenue capability.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in office at our Richmond, BC office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Retail Mobile Products PLM strategy
Drive modernization the UX for Mobile products with a focus on improving NPS and services revenue
Drive innovation that differentiate and delight customers through a through awareness of competitive positioning.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to integrate best practices into the product lifecycle, ensuring a modern and seamless user experience.
Work closely with engineering, software, and business teams to streamline product NPI’s and deliver initiatives to market on time.
Execute on PLM strategies that deliver the Business goals of the Mobile BU
Act as subject matter expert around market insights and demonstrate a thorough understanding of technology trends, competitive updates, pricing, and user requirements.
Participate in Business Development, Training, and Industry Events activities for responsible products.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in Product Development and PLM in related disciplines
Experience in mobile broadband products and mobile data solutions, with in-depth knowledge of Global Carrier businesses, Cellular and eSIM technologies, associated Data plans, and emerging eSIM MVNO strategies.
Strong data analysis and project management skills.
Natural leader who can provide a vision of growth for the Mobile product portfolio
Experience in monetizing services revenue lines
Experience working with Mobile Carrier Strategy and Carrier Sales cycles
Board Cellular technology experience and understanding emerging trends in Cellular technology and carrier markets that would influence a Mobile PLM strategy
Understanding of consumer and Business connected hardware, wireless networking, and IoT markets is a plus.
Experience working directly with engineering, IT, and UI/UX teams to define, develop, and deliver software and end to end product.
Knowledge and experience with analytics for decision-making and BI tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics.
Experience in go-to-market and launch strategies for customer apps and services.
Ability to clearly articulate, influence, and gain support for project vision.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of modern mobile user experience trends and best practices is a plus.
Mobile carrier/ MVNO engagement, and data plan construct and competitive positioning analysis a plus
