What You Will Do Oversee daily operations of hospitality services including food service, housekeeping, and laundry Lead and support a diverse team through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching Ensure compliance with safety standards and audit requirements Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to deliver high-quality service Manage budgets, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives Champion a safe, respectful, and team-oriented culture What You Bring 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or a related field CSNM Certification Degree in related industry or business setting Certification in Food Safety; Red Seal and/or First Aid are assets Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their daily experience What We Offer Great Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary with health benefits and paid time off.
