This role is headquartered in Mississauga and focuses on expanding and cultivating a strong dealer network across the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of HVAC dealer partners within the GTA
Meet and exceed sales and gross profit objectives
Design and implement territory-specific growth strategies
Act as a brand ambassador, fostering strong customer relationships built on trust and value
Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior
Deliver expert product knowledge and proactive solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize customer success
Requirements
5+ years of business development and sales experience in the HVAC sector
Educational background in business or a related field
Strong grasp of HVAC systems and product applications
Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work across teams and functions
Familiarity with major HVAC equipment brands is a plus
Willingness to travel (50–75% of the time) within the territory
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
