CareersThatKickSaas! We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partner Manager to drive and expand our partner ecosystem within the field service technology industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners—including system integrators, technology vendors, resellers, and consultants—to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a critical, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and customer success, requiring a blend of business acumen, relationship management, and technical understanding of field service operations and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a partner strategy aligned with company growth objectives and go-to-market goals.
Source, onboard, and manage a portfolio of strategic partners across key verticals (e.g. Energy, medical device, utilities, manufacturing, facilities management).
Drive joint go-to-market activities, including co-selling, lead sharing, and joint marketing campaigns.
Establish clear KPIs and business plans with each partner to ensure mutual success and revenue growth.
Train and enable partners on the company's value proposition, product capabilities, and field service use cases.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless partner engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
Maintain ongoing communication with partners to nurture relationships, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities.
Analyze partner performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Represent the company at industry events and partner-facing activities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales—preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or field service technology.
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems.
Strong understanding of field service management trends, technologies, and workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with or managing alliances with major players in the FSM ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, ServiceMax, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
