Unposting Date: 2025-07-25 11:59 PM Role We are seeking a Media Specialist Team Leader to oversee our dynamic team of specialists. Reporting to the Activation and Engagement Manager, you will head up our strategies and operations concerning programmatic, Connected TV (CTV), mobile and content marketing. Your leadership is pivotal to guiding the team toward achieving our performance and innovation goals. Responsibilities: Planning Oversee the development of media strategies aligned with our objectives and key performance indicators (KPI). Assist with the annual media investment planning and budget monitoring process. Work closely with the media planning team to anticipate resource needs and ensure seamless execution. Stay abreast of emerging trends, ad formats and new technologies to ensure continuous campaign and process optimization. Organizing Optimally allocate team resources based on project priorities and individual skills. Ensure the effective integration of media strategies to maximize campaign performance. Structure and optimize team workflows to boost efficiency and collaboration. Develop and update campaign tracking and reporting tools. Lead regular team meetings to coordinate projects, foster knowledge sharing and resolve challenges. Leading Supervise, motivate and develop the expertise of the media specialist team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Guide the team in optimizing strategies and performance. Represent the team in discussions with other business areas and external partners. Participate in strategy and results presentations, ensuring clear and impactful communication. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Monitoring Actively monitor campaign performance against established objectives. Proactively identify optimization opportunities to meet and exceed objectives. Ensure operational excellence in campaign activation, optimization and reporting. Implement quality control mechanisms for all team deliverables. Proactively communicate project progress, key milestones and potential obstacles along with team performance successes and challenges to your manager.
