Drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across RBC Wealth Management Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top Wealth Management talent Build and maintain high-potential pipelines through regular coffee chats, networking meetings, and attending industry events Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights and consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategies Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, process design, and best hiring practices Champion exceptional candidate experience and uphold RBC's brand in every interaction Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including employer brand, onboarding, operations etc. to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services. What do you need to succeed? 3-5 years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally within Wealth Management, Banking & Financial Services Proven ability to build strategic, proactive pipelines through consistent outreach and networking Strong business acumen with deep understanding of Wealth Management roles and competitive talent dynamics Well-networked in the financial services space, with the ability to tap into both active and passive talent pools Experience with recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn, and Phenom Knowledge of best hiring practices What’s in it for you?
