Payroll, Time & Attendance Administrator The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the management of all payroll updates and changes within the ADP EV6 application. This will include the gathering of information, record keeping, reviewing for compliance with all Federal, State and Local guidelines as well as compliance with all Payroll Org approved standards for payroll processing. The position will be responsible for processing on a bi-weekly and weekly basis, including the the execution, review and reporting of all payroll information. Key Responsibilities Process and review payroll accurately and timely for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Leverage EV5 or EV6 systems to manage payroll operations and generate reports. Audit payroll data for accuracy, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits. Partner with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to resolve payroll issues and streamline processes. Prepare and reconcile payroll journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end reporting. Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Support payroll system integrations, enhancements, and testing as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll information. Stay up to date on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Required experience & skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of specific business experience. Experience with ADP EV5 or EV6 payroll system (required) Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax withholdings, benefits, garnishments, and compliance. Union experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis). Ability to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience collaborating with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
