(Hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office each week) Responsibilities include: Consulting and Coaching: We are seeking a strategic HR professional with strong consulting and coaching skills to support business transformation and drive the adoption of people solutions. This role focuses on enabling leadership development, fostering engagement, and enhancing talent management capabilities. Success will be measured through indicators such as employee engagement, growth in functional performance, and demonstrated leadership behaviors. Talent Management: Drive and support key initiatives such as workforce planning, high-potential talent development, and succession planning. This role involves engaging leaders in strategic talent discussions and enhancing organizational capabilities, skills, and leadership strength. Key responsibilities include succession planning for senior leadership levels (e.g., CEO-3) and proactively identifying and sourcing talent for specialized roles, such as Channel Leads and VH positions. Setting direction and developing business & operational plans: strategic HR leader to set direction and develop both business and operational plans in alignment with global solutions, while also adapting practices to fit the Canadian market and labor context when needed. This role plays a key part in shaping and implementing people solutions that support business priorities, ranging from short-term execution to long-term planning. Success will be measured by how well these solutions, such as FTE and productivity management and organizational design alignment, are integrated and executed at the frontline to deliver business value. At this level, the role may also involve leading complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple organizations, stakeholders, and disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting and executing functional or departmental business plans, while contributing to broader strategic initiatives. This position requires enterprise-level thinking, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver results through influence and partnership. Examples include working within a matrix organization to unlock capabilities and ways of working that enable the execution of business strategies. This role focuses on developing leadership and organizational capability by guiding other leaders and providing 1-1 coaching and mentoring. Key responsibilities include supporting talent growth through personalized development plans and reinforcing leadership behaviors. Progression in this role requires broad technical expertise, deep business and industry knowledge, and strong leadership capabilities. The individual is recognized as an expert both within and beyond their function, with extensive experience across multiple areas or mastery of a specialized discipline. Key skills include organizational diagnostics, systems thinking, coaching, and aligning people strategies with commercial priorities. Qualifications & Skills: Strong experience in Business Partnering. In-depth knowledge of Canadian labor laws, legislation, and talent market dynamics. Proven experience in strategic HR partnership with business leaders. Strong ability to influence and impact, and excellent stakeholder management skills Flexibility and adaptability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Resilience: the change process, is anything but straightforward; accepting uncertainty and demonstrating the ability to overcome challenges and deliver outcomes. Acting as a trust advisor on a wide range of HR related matters. Job Type: Full Time This role allows the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week as part of our flexible work policy. Salary: $185,000 CAD to $225,000 CAD Benefits: Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match. *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position.
