About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Lead to drive our B2B expansion. You will be responsible for executing new business development, account-based marketing, testing various channel strategies, and scaling outbound efforts.
We are looking for a driven, process-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead customer engagement tactics, build a healthy top-of-funnel, and foster strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment and will be a key player in achieving our company’s ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
Execute business development efforts to identify & engage new partners; spearheading Odd Bunch’s brand expansion as a disruptive, impact-driven B2B produce service
Scale outbound processes & account-based marketing to drive growth and achieve a sustainable pipeline of future partners
Test and optimize messaging and engagement tactics to improve key performance metrics
Leverage CRM & automation tools to execute and track business development efforts
Design experiments and test new channel strategies to effectively scale results
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in prospecting, business development and account-based marketing
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience building and executing business development, sales, partnerships, ABM or growth marketing strategies
Experience conducting omni-channel engagement strategies to effectively scale funnels – primarily focussed on email, phone calls, & LinkedIn
High level of organization, attention to detail and a systems-driven approach, balanced by creativity with an eagerness to launch new experiments
Entrepreneurial mindset – You set a high bar for the work you deliver and tackle challenges with grit and resilience
Proficiency utilizing CRM and growth tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo or comparable systems
Leveraging technology, automation, and sales processes are essential to succeed in this role
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take risks, while embracing continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities
