Job Description: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at the rental counter. Handle inside sales of rental equipment and related services. Prepare and process rental and sales contracts accurately. Manage equipment returns and close rental agreements. Perform equipment inquiries using internal systems and tools. Maintain knowledge of the rental fleet and demonstrate equipment when needed. Assist in servicing equipment and ensure readiness for customer use. Keep paperwork and records up to date for timely processing. Use and maintain familiarity with the purchase order system. Qualifications: Previous direct sales or customer service experience is an asset. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of construction phases and equipment applications is an asset. Knowledge of rental equipment and ability to demonstrate product feature is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Comfortable with repetitive tasks. Proficient in using computer systems for transactions and inquiries. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Note: This position is based out of our Fort McMurray TCRS location Permanent, full-time role. Monday – Friday (5x2) schedule.
