We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us lead complex, meaningful projects that support our mission and our customers in Canada. Your role In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate a range of defence-related projects within Saab Canada’s portfolio. You’ll work closely with skilled colleagues, clients, and international partners to ensure projects run smoothly—on time, on budget, and aligned with our high standards. Some of your key responsibilities: Drive all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning to execution Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor goals, risks, budgets, and timelines Facilitate collaboration across teams Contribute to business development and customer success Your profile You’re a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring experience, structure, and a proactive mindset—and you’re ready to take on a role where you can make a real impact. You have: A degree in engineering, business, or a related field 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in defence or aerospace) PMP certification Experience working with government contracts and compliance Excellent communication and coordination skills Eligibility for (or existing) Canadian Government Security Clearance (NATO Secret) Nice to have: Experience working with international teams French or other language skills This position requires that you will be approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001+ What you will be a part of Behind our innovations stand the people who make them possible.
