Processing semi-monthly payroll for all our dealerships and body shop locations ? Auditing time punches (you have a sharp eye for missing or funky entries) ??? Verifying new hire data so everyone gets paid correctly from day one ? Submitting ROEs and monthly payroll surveys like a pro ? Assisting with month-end payroll reports for Controllers (yes, your reports actually matter!) ? Teaming up with HR and Leadership to keep things smooth, accurate, and compliant ? Treating sensitive data with the confidentiality it deserves You’ll Fit Right In If You Have: ?? 2+ years of payroll experience (bonus if in a dealership or multi-location environment with commission payroll experience) ?? Completed the first course of the PCP certification (required) ?? A curious mind that loves solving payroll puzzles and digging into details ?? Familiarity with both Canadian payroll and California wage laws (or you're excited to learn!) ?? Experience with time-tracking systems and payroll auditing ??
