We are currently seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to join our team. This part-time internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Law to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal profession. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team, with a focus on legal AI software initiatives • Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support of legal AI tools and technologies • Review and discuss commercial contracts in collaboration with the legal team • Support the contract management function • Draft correspondence and maintain legal templates, incorporating AI-related clauses and updates as needed • Assist with and troubleshoot/test AI tools created for use by the Legal Dept Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Law Attended at least 1 year of Law School Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (English/French) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a dynamic legal environment Compensation: 20-25 CAD depending on experience Harris provides mission critical software solutions for the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities and Private Sector verticals throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
