During the interview process, we’ll be looking for:
How you share our value set; from a love of both work life and home life, to how you listen thoughtfully and challenge ideas to demonstrate that you aren’t afraid to speak your mind, and how you stand tall, follow through – even when the going gets tough.
Your previous experience working in fast-paced environments and how you slowed things down to get to a solution, focused on collaboration, and looked for the less obvious.
Examples of meeting project deliverables on time and within budget; examples of times you’ve failed to deliver and what you learned in the process.
Flexibility for limited travel within Canada for on-site technical assistance.
Your references will demonstrate:
Examples of time management.
Speak to the projects you managed.
Your communication style with team members and key stakeholders, as well as effective presentation skills.
WHY M3?
We believe in culture; and not just because that’s what we “should” say, but because we know it’s what truly sets us apart. We’ve got our eyes set on growth, but in the right way. We know that culture is defined as the worst behaviour we are willing to tolerate.
We are not okay with average. This isn’t just externally with our owners, developers, lenders, and investors – it’s internally with our team members too. We aren’t consultants or advisors – we’re partners who sit squarely in the business of execution ensuring we deliver real results.
In return for a great effort, you will be rewarded with:
A highly competitive salary that matches your role and experience.
Ability to participate in a bonus program.
Excellent paid time off (we do believe in living to work rather than working to live).
A collaborative, high-performing team that isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves.
Investments in you; tell us where you want to grow to, and we’ll help you get there!
An environment based on inclusivity and respect, dedicated to the diversity of thought, and a commitment to equity.
