Seeking a Dept Coordinator plays a key role in the HR Department under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, acting as a vital link between HR, staff, candidates, and new hires. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, event coordination, responding to employee and applicant inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

Requirements
Associate’s degree in business or related field OR 2 years of directly related experience
2+ years of administrative support experience in recruitment or a related area
1+ year of candidate sourcing experience or related experience
Experience with external scheduling systems and smart scheduling
Excellent communication skills, project management skills, and technical ability
Strong capability to prioritize, focus, and achieve goals
Proactive team player willing to go above and beyond
Experience with Google Workspace, Lever, and/or GoodTime is a major plus
