These responsibilities include some of the following: Align with global and area teams to create promotional plans for webinars and guide Local Operating Companies (LOCs) to use them effectively Contribute to strategic planning process of the Center of Excellence (COE), global franchise marketing, and multichannel campaign plans Ensure deployment of global or area led webinars with high quality standards and strong customer engagement Support execution of webinars in terms of both internal (global teams, LOC marketing/medical teams) and vendor management (translation agencies, broadcasting agencies) Track and support LOCs to maximize attendance to webinars with high quality interaction Balance global and local expectations to define appropriate deployment plans and provide ad-hoc analysis for business units Provide clear oversight on digital and face to face webinar engagement via digital and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytics Determine data & performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used and reports to develop with business Intelligence Team to optimize and implement strategies to improve sales team performance Provide robustness to the process of target setting for the sales force and digital channels for webinar attendance Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree 3 or more years of experience in commercial marketing and digital marketing Pharmaceutical industry project management experience Experience leveraging analytics to educate and support business objectives Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently under tight deadlines on multiple items Capable of working across boundaries and functional areas Why GSK?
