The admin possesses expertise in migrating on-premises workloads and be able to design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective solutions while documenting and communicating effectively. Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure for development, testing, and production environments. Configure, monitor and troubleshoot cloud services such as Virtual Machines, SQL (or other database services), Storage Accounts, VNET/VPC, Traffic Manager, CDN, DNS, Monitoring, and other related services. Manage security and access control using Resource Groups, Network Security Groups, Azure Active Directory, IAM, Network ACLs or RBAC, Key Vault, and other security-related services. Develop and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Analyze and optimize cloud costs to ensure efficient use of resources. Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on cloud best practices, deployment strategies, and architecture. Provide expert technical support and guidance to IT staff. Document and share advanced troubleshooting processes and solutions. Participate in continuous learning and professional development, sharing knowledge with peers. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications 5 years demonstrable experience working with cloud Practical working experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Others) (certifications a plus) Infrastructure Cloud Migration Experience Working knowledge of Cloud Security Principles and DevSecOps principles. Ability to design and implement public cloud solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Implementation knowledge of automation tools and scripts for deployment, management, and scaling. Experience deploying managed Kubernetes (such as AKS) to support container-based applications. Experience working with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies. Knowledge of Cloud networking Working knowledge of Cloud Security and Best Practices Application Stack installation and configuration Solid Windows and Linux OS Admin Skills Experience with data backup and recovery systems. Remediation of helpdesk requests and IT incidents for clients. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Microsoft Windows Server 2012 – 2022/ Windows 10 Administration, Networking / AD / DHCP / Routing. Additional Qualifications Must have - One or more Associate or Professional-level cloud certificates. Good to have - MultiCloud fluency (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle, etc.).
