Product Knowledge: Offer accurate product/service information and support.
Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure effective problem-solving.
Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Empathy: Friendly and patient with customers.
Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus.
