What You Will Do and Learn
We are currently looking for an Integration Architect to join our OneStream practice. This role is responsible for designing and implementing robust data integration solutions within the OneStream platform to support financial transformation initiatives.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
Lead the design and development of OneStream integration solutions across the full project lifecycle – from requirements gathering and architecture design to development, testing, deployment, and support
Architect and implement data integration strategies using OneStream Data Management, connectors, and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with source systems (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses)
Develop and maintain business rules using VB.NET/C# for data load processes, including transformation and validation
Experience with interfacing with different ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Fusion Financials, etc
Optimize data load performance and troubleshoot integration issues
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration points
Contribute to pre-sales activities including scoping, solutioning, and proposal development
Support internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring junior team members
Embrace the Spaulding Ridge culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
7+ years of experience in data integration or EPM/CPM implementations
4+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream, Oracle, or Hyperion, including Data Management and integration components
Strong proficiency in SQL, VB.NET, C3 or other object-oriented programming languages
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with financial processes such as consolidations, reporting, and planning
Understanding of accounting principles and data governance
Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor team members
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
