To assist guests and colleagues with special request they may havePerform duties as directed by the director of Food and Beverage or Hotel ManagementQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous experience in an administrative role requiredMinimum one year of administrative/coordinator/sales experience preferredAt least one year of Food & Beverage experience; supervisory role is an assetHighly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDiscreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenStrong computer proficiency including Microsoft OfficeProfessional phone manner and guest service mindsetUniversity or College degree in a related field is an assetAdditional InformationPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Occasional standing and walkingOccasional bending and kneelingOccasional carrying and lifting up to 20 lbsOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and rampsVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
