Description
Learn the company’s medical record services and value proposition.
Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to potential clients (IME groups, legal firms, insurers).
Set appointments and schedule product demos with prospects.
Assist in preparing and delivering compelling demo presentations.
Maintain and update lead records and activity logs in CRM or tracking systems.
Follow up with leads, answer questions, and guide prospects toward conversion.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine messaging and sales approach.
Hard Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in healthcare, legal, or tech).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Tech-savvy and familiar with using CRMs, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills; comfortable with cold outreach.
Proactive and persuasive with the ability to work independently.
Experience handling client demos is a strong plus.
Background or familiarity with medical records, personal injury law, or insurance claims is a plus.
Experience selling B2B services to law firms, TPA networks, or IMEs is a plus.
Comfort conducting demos and closing small to mid-size B2B deals is a plus.
Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM US Pacific Standard Time
