You’ll be the friendly voice our customers reach when they need help — whether that’s tracking a delivery, fixing an order, or just understanding what makes our juices special. What You’ll Do
Answer inbound and warmth customer calls with warmth, clarity, and calm
Solve order, delivery, and product-related issues quickly and kindly
Leave customers with a “wow, that was easy and helpful” feeling
Communicate with our internal team for escalations or feedback loops
Track calls, resolutions, and callback needs using tools like Aircall and Google Sheets
