Description
Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the Founder and Chief of Staff
Draft articulate, professional, and timely email replies
Flag urgent matters and maintain communication flow with internal and external stakeholders
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for both executives
Handle rescheduling requests and ensure calendar alignment across time zones
Prepare daily and weekly calendar overviews
Conduct light research and compile data as requested
Assist with inbox clean-up and document organization
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Communicate with VIP clients and high-profile individuals with utmost professionalism and confidentiality
Represent the brand with a polished, respectful tone across all platforms
Hard Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Experience managing multiple inboxes and calendars concurrently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
Professional demeanor with experience handling sensitive or confidential information
Strong familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
Experience working with luxury brands, wellness companies, or high-profile clientele
A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate executive needs
Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9PM - 6PM US Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
$5-$6USD/hour
HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
