URGENT: Social Media & Marketing Assistant (graphic/video editing and Go High Level experience is required)

Description
Design graphics and write captions for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social content
Maintain a consistent visual brand across all social media assets
Schedule posts using tools like GHL
Design simple marketing materials such as banners, flyers, ebooks, or brochures
Edit templates in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Repurpose content into different formats (e.g., carousel posts, quote cards, infographics)
Assist in organizing the content calendar
Help with basic email marketing tasks (Mailchimp, Flodesk, etc.)
Provide light support for bookkeeping tasks if required (training provided)
Organize assets in Google Drive or Dropbox
Hard Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in digital marketing
Strong portfolio of social media content and graphic design work
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace and Go High Level
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Familiarity with Facebook ad platforms and tracking engagement is a plus
Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Schedule:
20 Hours/Week
Monday to Friday, 10AM - 2PM Australian Eastern Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
$5-$6USD/hour
HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
