Description de poste Le commis à la facturation sera responsable de soutenir le contrôleur dans l'administration financière de l’entreprise. Il soutiendra l’équipe et veillera à ce que l'entreprise satisfasse à ses obligations financières, sociales et fiscales. Responsabilités Création de nouveaux comptes clients et nouveaux types de matériaux Validation de l’exactitude des données de disposition des matières Correction des billets de pesées et suivi auprès des préposés à la balance Envoyer des rapports aux clients Réconciliation des paiements et collection auprès des clients Appariement des bons de commande et des bons de livraison, traitement de factures Traitement des factures et suivi des bons de commandes auprès des fournisseurs Soutien à l’équipe comptables pour les fermetures mois et les prévisions mensuelles Exigences Formation en administration ou expérience équivalente Attitude positive, habilité à travailler en équipe et capacité d’adaptation Capacités avec le logiciel Excel un atout Waste Connections is an integrated solid waste services company that provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets.
