As a remote service agent, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while supporting our 24/7/365 business. Here’s what you can expect: Work 24+ hours per week over 4-5 shifts Shifts are up to 8.5 hours, with varying start and end times Flexibility is key, as business needs may fluctuate week to week Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required As a remote technical support representative, you will create an amazing customer experience by: Identifying and recommending solutions based on customers’ needs Facilitating product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using an online portal and remote desktop software Tutoring clients on the proper use of their products Completing training to continuously improve the client experience Having fun while being the best! What we are looking for: 1+ years of call center or help desk experience Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices Completion of high school diploma or equivalent Verbal and written proficiency in English Ability to work 24+ hours per week over 4 to 5 shifts Your home office comes equipped with: Computer with monitor, speakers, and anti-virus software (PC must be running Windows 10 or newer, Mac computers must be running macOS Monterey 12 or newer) Subscription to a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection A USB or 3.5mm PC headset A webcam for training and meetings A door.
