The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site. The incumbent participates in managing the business centre’s computer system, IT system and equipment. He or she performs operations-related tasks associated with the business centre's product and services procedures. More specifically, you will be required to: Participate in MIC platform management activities (e.g., starting and stopping the server, verifying system automations, managing access groups, maintaining the backup and file recovery unit). Perform basic network functions (e.g., reactivating passwords, configuring new users, performing standard maintenance procedures). Perform duties related to IT systems and equipment (e.g., activation, configuration, maintenance and repairs). Help analyze equipment needs and potential solutions and manage the computer system by keeping the Online Support Team apprised of necessary changes. Respond to user requests, solve and find solutions to problems as they arise, refer more complex situations and follow up as needed. Help plan and execute activities necessary to roll out and update microcomputer solutions. Ensure compliance with all IT security standards, procedures, directives and recommendations. Perform all tasks related to circulating the IT information necessary to ensure optimal platform functioning. Help manage and update various applications on the Web and platform, as well as profiles, normalized groups and user codes. Manage the licenses for various applications. Perform a variety of operations and administrative support activities (e.g., address changes, account messages, cheque orders, bank confirmations, data compilation, document management, mailing preparation for notices of loan and line of credit reviews). Conduct followups with members and clients as necessary and fulfil research requests by finding, structuring and producing information according to established procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable deadlines and standards for quality in all tasks. Respect all policies, practices and standards in effect for conducting transactions and operations securely.
