The Analyst, Finance & Planning is responsible for a range of financial activities that support assigned business units in preparing annual budgets, and managing ongoing financial planning and reporting. This role also includes preparing components of financial reports for the Ministry and other funding agencies, such as statements, supporting schedules, and both statutory and management reports. The Analyst analyzes and presents financial summaries for their program areas, offering recommendations and highlighting key issues for consideration. They serve as the primary financial contact for business units, addressing inquiries and concerns, while also supporting the Team Lead, Finance & Planning as needed.
