Key Responsibilities
? Administer, configure, and optimize the Microsoft Office 365 environment
(Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.).
? Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Office 365 services, resolving complex user
issues and conducting root cause analysis.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, DevOps) to
implement integrations and automation solutions.
? Maintain security and compliance standards through conditional access policies,
DLP, and RBAC configurations.
? Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and generate usage
reports for stakeholders.
? Manage hybrid environments (Azure AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid) and thirdparty tool integrations.
? Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and disaster recovery
plans.
? Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap changes and evaluate new features for
business adoption.
