Join Arla Canada’s National Retail Sales Team as a Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Consumer Packaged Goods and dairy manufacturing. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s ready to make a real impact, learn on the go, and be part of a fun, supportive and high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be our eyes and ears in-store—making sure our brands look great and stand out to shoppers. You’ll be the go-to person for building relationships with store teams and creating buzz around our prod-ucts.
Your day-to-day will include:
Visiting retail stores within your assigned territory
Creating eye-catching product displays and in-store promotions
Building strong relationships with store staff and managers
Ensuring products are well-stocked and highly visible
Identifying opportunities to grow sales and upsell
Collaborating with your Arla teammates to meet business goals
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To hit the ground running in this role, you must have:
A valid driver’s license, your own reliable vehicle, and active insurance (daily travel is required)
Confidence and comfort driving in and around Downtown Montreal
Fluency in both French and English—you’ll be communicating daily in both languages
A post-secondary diploma or degree (recent grads are encouraged to apply)
Some experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service—this can include co-op or internships
Familiarity with the Greater Montreal retail landscape is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in everything yet—what matters most is your drive to learn, your positive attitude, and your enthusiasm for growing a career in sales.
