Join our team and help keep Evo Car Share moving, literally. We are looking for a night shift Temporary Full-Time Fleet Support Services Coordinator. As a Fleet Support Services Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in making sure our vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and ready to roll for our members each morning. Working remotely, you’ll be the key point of contact between Evo and our third-party vendors, ensuring every car in our fleet meets the high standards our members count on. This role is all about behind-the-scenes impact - supporting night-time fleet operations, maintaining safety and quality, and helping Evo continue to be BC’s most convenient and reliable car sharing service. This is a 12 month contract employment opportunity with Kelly Services (Canada) Ltd. (“Kelly Services”), our staffing services provider. Once successful, you’ll enter into an employment agreement with Kelly Services and offered a competitive hourly wage of $22. Who you are: You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, with experience in reporting and documentation You excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment You pay close attention to detail and approach problems with strong analytical skills You can interpret and explain moderate to complex operational data in a way others can easily understand You work well independently and enjoy collaborating with a team, even when the pressure is on You take initiative and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through your interpersonal skills What you’ll do: Act as the primary contact between internal fleet teams and third-party vendors Coordinate and oversee nightly schedules for fueling, EV charging, cleaning, and vehicle relocations Track and validate vendor service truck movements to ensure smooth operations Conduct spot checks on vehicles to confirm fueling accuracy, charge levels, cleanliness, and readiness Monitor safety compliance and report any incidents, hazards, or irregularities promptly Maintain detailed records of vendor activities, service logs, and any operational issues that arise overnight Prepare and deliver nightly summary reports on service metrics, exceptions, and completed tasks Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or equipment issues related to fueling, charging, or delays Support continuous improvements in vendor performance and operational processes Assign and dispatch tasks to support team members based on priority and fleet needs Update and manage the back-office system (e.g., Vulog) with completed work and vehicle statuses Coordinate daily reconciliation of fuel cards, staff expenses, and receipt logs Ensure team members have necessary supplies and escalate equipment issues as needed Work closely with the Support Team Lead to maintain adequate staffing coverage Provide in-field operational support when required, including vehicle relocation or basic fueling Complete additional administrative and operational duties as assigned What you bring: A High School Diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the automotive industry Dispatching experience is a strong asset Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, or a related field is preferred Working knowledge of fueling, EV charging, or vehicle maintenance is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, along with basic data entry skills Flexibility and willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Shape your future with us.
