Responsibilities: Development Investment Execution – Eastern Canada Manage underwriting and execution across high-rise residential, seniors housing, mixed-use retail, self- storage, and data centre projects Build and maintain pro formas, IRR models, capital stack schedules, and project-level dashboards Develop IC memos, risk summaries, milestone trackers, and investor updates Help drive IRR outperformance through value engineering, phasing optimization, and capital structure creativity.
