Position Responsibilities: Strategic collaboration: Support senior team members in driving strategic initiatives that enable efficient, data-driven decision-making. Market research: Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Business case development: Assist in preparing business cases, strategy proposals, and implementation plans for leadership review. Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and strategic direction. Planning support: Contribute to business planning discussions by offering insights and recommendations on non-financial strategies. Technology integration: Assist in implementing new tools or technologies that align with strategic goals. Team support: Provide ad hoc support to the Business Management team, including logistical coordination for senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, graduating from university in 2024 or May 2025. 0–1 year of experience in business strategy, consulting, finance, or a related area. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated interest in business development and market analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
