Job Description What is the Opportunity? RBC offers an exciting role as a Special Investigations Consultant. As a Special Investigations Consultant, you will perform HR data analysis and modeling to generate insights and solutions for ambiguous and complex HR issues. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments. What will you do? Utilizing HR analytical tools to perform data analysis; generating ad-hoc reports to support business decision making. Assisting and participating in HR data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data. Identifying useful HR data; collecting, consolidating and interpreting HR data. Understanding and analyzing existing business and HR issues; defining HR report requirements. What do you need to succeed? Must have: Mindset of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancements within own department and across the organization and a desire for ongoing personal & professional development. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy as well as the ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) across all levels of the organization as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and identifying solutions to resolve issues. Experience using HR applications (Workday & SAP). Advanced Excel skills (including vlookups, pivot tables, macros). Nice-to-have: HR Education/Certification or experience. Project management skills. Bilingual (English and French).
