Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper (In-Office)
Location: Little Canada, MN
Schedule: 16–24 hours per week (Flexible Days/Times)
Compensation: $25–$30/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accountant/Bookkeeper. This in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and has hands-on experience with QuickBooks. You will play a key role in managing financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records, contributing to the smooth operation of our growing dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely billing and payments
Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
Respond to internal financial inquiries and support other departments as needed
Upload and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
Stay informed on relevant accounting practices and regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (part-time or flexible roles a plus)
Proficient with QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
Discretion and professionalism with sensitive financial data
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred—but not required with the right experience.
