This role is critical in providing administrative, finance and logistics support across multiple business areas, including Minerals, Oil & Gas, and Environment & Health.The purpose of the Beira Branch Coordinator in the Central region is to oversee all operations, employees and activities supporting all business segments according to their plans, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders in accordance with country legislation, company policies, procedures and standards.QualificationsHonor Degree in Business Administration, Port Management, Marketing, Finance, Environmental Science, Logistics or other related fields.Experience5 Years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a multidisciplinary or industrial environment.Strong Leadership and team management abilities.Financial Management, budgeting experience & modelling.Logistic Management.Project Management:ISO and Quality Management System.Stakeholders relathionship management.Knowledge of office administrative management and procedures.CompetenciesProficiency in portuguese and English is an advantageAbility to persuade, convince, influence and impress others.Proficiency in distinct types of computer software.Strong communicator and multitasker, capable of ensuring smooth coordination and execution of branch-level activitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teamsAdditional InformationRegional Operations and RelationshipCoordinate day-to-day administrative, finance and logistics support of the Beira Branch, ensuring effective support to all business areas.Serve as the primary liaison between the branch and business area leads for administrative, finance and logistics support, scheduling, and administrative functions to facilitate operational efficiency.Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for branch activities.Lead and supervise all branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsPlan and monitor branch kpi's including budget management and reports.Ensure maintenance of actual business and responsible to achieve revenue growth targets.Provide support to the business lines in the execution of their respective plans and maintain the branch consumables profitable and sustainable and safe.Actively promote cross selling of SGS Services.Accountable and responsible for technical operations.Finance and AdministrationResponsible for capital, revenue, and expense budgeting.Manage branch budget and expenses.Responsible for the office and assets management.Develop and execute local marketing and business development initiativesMonitor customer and market development and implement corrective measures.Assisting in budgeting process for specific projects and new services developments.Ensure maintenance of actual business and responsible to achieve revenue growth targets.
